From managing 5,000 covers/day at the Café at Mandalay Bay to opening restaurants for Neiman Marcus, to the last five years of his restaurant career as a sommelier for Emeril Lagasse, Paul knows how restaurants work.

Before & after work, he ran an e-commerce business that would spark a passion for internet marketing. He transitioned out of the hustle & bustle of the restaurant world into his true calling, developing digital marketing strategies for exciting new restaurant concepts, aggressive hospitality brands, and a wide variety of businesses.
